SHIVASUNDARI VOCATIONAL AND INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUTE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS
- "Institute" means Shivasundari Vocational and Industrial Training Institute.
- "Student" means any individual who has been admitted to the Institute for training.
- "Training" means any vocational or industrial training program offered by the Institute.
- "Fees" means the tuition fees, admission fees, and any other charges payable by the Student to the Institute.
2. ADMISSION
- Admission to the Institute is subject to the Student meeting the eligibility criteria and submitting the required documents.
- The Institute reserves the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
- The Student shall provide accurate and complete information in the admission application form. Any false or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of admission.
3. FEES
- The Student shall pay the Fees as specified by the Institute.
- The Fees are non-refundable, except as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
- The Institute reserves the right to revise the Fees at any time.
4. TRAINING
- The Institute shall provide the Training as specified in the admission brochure.
- The Student shall attend all classes and participate in all training activities.
- The Institute reserves the right to modify the Training program at any time.
5. CONDUCT
- The Student shall behave in a respectful and professional manner towards the Institute's staff, faculty, and other students.
- The Student shall comply with all rules and regulations of the Institute.
- The Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any Student who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- The Institute retains all intellectual property rights in the Training materials and programs.
- The Student shall not reproduce, distribute, or display any Training materials without the prior written permission of the Institute.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
- The Student shall keep confidential all information and materials provided by the Institute.
- The Student shall not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written permission of the Institute.
8. TERMINATION
- The Institute reserves the right to terminate the Student's admission at any time without notice.
- The Student may terminate their admission by giving written notice to the Institute.
9. REFUND POLICY
- The Institute shall refund the Fees in full if the Student terminates their admission within 7 days of commencement of the Training.
- The Institute shall refund 50% of the Fees if the Student terminates their admission after 7 days but before completion of 50% of the Training.
- No refund shall be made if the Student terminates their admission after completion of 50% of the Training.
10. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Institute and the Student.
- These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between the Institute and the Student.
